Together
Together are a pop choir/girl group with 30 members.
Formed in September 2007, the girls are all from Wirral Grammar School for Girls and practice there after school.
Highlights of the journey so far include reaching X Factor Bootcamp in August 2008, singing at events in Liverpool such as the Riverside Housing Exhibition at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, the Merseyside Coalition event at the Crowne Plaza, doing their own gig at the Williamson Art Gallery (Summer Serenade), reaching the North West Talent Search Final in Bury after coming 2nd in the Wirral Talent Search, and singing at Clare Mount College for the whole school in February 2009.
Together are a girl group and pop choir rolled into one.
They are original and fresh, and they interpret covers in their own way.
More recently though, Together have started to work on original material, with the whole group getting involved in this creative process.
The group went into a recording studio for the second time in February 2009 (the first time they went was to Whitby Studios at the beginning of 2008), and recorded three of their covers, and their first original song, 'Frozen Memories'.
You can hear these on their myspace.
There have been many memorable performances and events over the past year and a half, and there will be many more to come, so watch this space.
