Blend
Blend, as we know it, means a combination of different things.
That is exactly what we are, a mixture of talent, interests, desires, ambitions and a pent up feeling inside to make music which is full of meaning and brings forward the energy of Nu Metal.
Blend started out with Anirudh (Vox), Nuno (Guitars), Charles (Bass) and Noel (Drums & Percussion) forging a sound which they thought was exactly the right fusion.
The moment at IIT Blitzkrieg which led them to the Finals of the competition, a first for any band performing their first gig together, proved their point.
Post a line up change with Pankaj replacing Noel on drums and Roni replacing Anirudh who now has been replaced by the ever growly vocals of Lalit M, Blend is still growing from strength playing at pubs and college circuits in and around Delhi and making a name for themselves with the Blend of Alternative/Nu-Metal Music.
Taking influences from their mentors like Lost Prophets, Mudvayne, Deftones and others, Blend have found their calling, with a number of compositions to their name, like Suffocate, Break the Silence, MindFreak, Deceased, A Nervous Tissue in the Head and many more, they are ready to prove that they have what it takes to break into the Rock Industry BIGTIME!
